Room Rentals

To book, please complete the following form: City Centre Room Rental Request Form

Booking 

          • To book, complete the “Room Rental Request Form” above and email it to citycentre@richmond.ca. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.
          • All bookings require 2 weeks notice prior to rental date.
          • Full payment is due at the time of booking and all “Multipurpose Room” bookings require a $200 Damage Deposit.
          • Rental fees include tables and chairs, and renters are responsible for setup and take down.
          • A Commissionaire will be on site for large rentals.

Parking

          • Underground pay parking is in effect for everyone. Please refer to diamondparking.com for details. Underground parking entrance is on Firbridge Way.

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

          • Cancellations must be requested in writing a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.
          • No refunds are given if less than 3 weeks notice is given.
